Traverse Bay RV Resort is an adult-oriented RV park located in the heart of Northern Michigan. This upscale RV resort can be your temporary or permanent “up north” retreat. Individual RV sites are available for purchase or can be rented on a daily, weekly or monthly basis and are restricted to Class A, Class C and Fifth Wheels only. Whether you're looking for a quick getaway or a permanent home, we offer what you want in just 2 miles from beautiful Grand Traverse Bay!

The impeccable facilities lie in 150 acres of trees, ponds and meadows with landscaping designed to enhance the beauty. The amenities set national standards. From oversized lots with personal patios, to the resort style pool, spa and fitness center. Every detail creates the vacation lifestyle you’ve been looking for. The park is restricted to class A, class C, and 5th wheels 28 feet or longer. RVs older than 10 years may require pre-reservation approval.

Why HOA Regulations

Traverse Bay RV Resort is more than just a place to park your vehicle; it is a destinations in its own right, offering a blend of natural beauty, thoughtful design, and artistic flair. Whether you’re a seasoned traveler or new to the RV lifestyle, the aesthetic appeal of this resort is sure to enhance your journey and create lasting memories. Many of the sites at TBRR are privately owned and not available like site 48.

HOA Restrictions

Because of the HOA restrictions, we can only accommodate Class A, Class C and Fifth Wheels. All RVs must be RVIA approved, 28' or longer and no more than 10 years old unless approved by management. Please note there is a limit of no more than two dogs per site.

Vans, pop-ups, truck campers, travel trailers and Class B’s are not allowed.

Shoulder Rates (May 17 - June 13): $89.00
Peak Rates (June 14 - September 2): $115.00
Shoulder Rates (September 3 - October 6): $89.00
Fall Rates (October 7 - October 20): $79.00

Site 48 - Accommodates Class A, Class C or a Fifth-wheel

Our site, a back-in site includes full hookups (50/30/20 amps, water, sewer, cable TV and park WiFi access.) These hookups are included in the cost of your site rental.

Fifth Wheel & Class C RV’s are restricted to our site 48 and the Center Section only.
The north and south sections ONLY accommodate Class A RV's - the center section (where site 48 is at) must be reserved if you have a Class C or a Fifth-Wheel

Have a boat?

Boats & watercrafts must be parked in the on-site storage lot. A small daily fee will apply.

- Clam Lake: "Leads out to the bigger lake and the bigger lake leads out to Lake Michigan."

To request a reservation at site 48

Please complete the required form on page https://www.traversebayrv.com/reservations. Reservation requests must be submitted by using this form only. If there are more than one RV traveling in your group, each must submit individual requests. You should receive an automatic email confirmation from the system that your Reservation Request has been received. (You do not have a reservation until TBRR has contacted you and you have put a credit card deposit down to secure a site.) After your Reservation request has been received, the staff will call you to confirm availability along with your requested reservation dates, and also take a credit card deposit to hold your requested reservation.
